The Winter Park ski resort is a short, traffic-free drive drive from our front door! Get quick and easy access to this world-class resort with terrain for all levels of skill.

For those wanting a smaller ski area, Ski Granby Ranch is geared for young families and casual skiers, and is the perfect place to learn. The resort offers terrain for all ages and abilities at an affordable price. Granby Ranch is a 20 minute drive from our condo.

Just minutes from our condo is the Fraser tubing hill. The two hills are equipped with lifts that effortlessly pull you and your tube up the hill so that you can go racing back down again. Second to skiing, this is definitely our favorite winter outing.

World-Class Mountain Biking

The Fraser and Winter Park area is a mountain biking mecca, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced mountain biking trails easily accessible from our condo.

You can also head to the Trestle Bike Park at the Winter Park ski area to ride the lifts.

Fantastic Golf

The Pole Creek Golf Course (near the YMCA of the Rockies), Grand Elk Golf Club, and Granby Ranch Golf Course all offer fun challenges for all levels of golfers. With strategically placed sand traps, lakes and ponds, they offer 18-hole play for golfers of all abilities. These courses ranks as some of the top mountain golf courses in Colorado, and is open to the public.
