We've done it! Just in time for our first renters to check-in this weekend we've managed to put the wraps on all of the final projects, complete the decorations and fully stock our new townhouse! 

We can't wait to host our first renters and show it off. Here's some eye candy until you can see it in-person:

It's been a lot of work to get it to where it is now (between us and the Adams we have now spent 38 nights there working on it!), but we couldn't be happier with the results. The ladies, in particular, did a really nice job with the eclectic, whimsical and stylish decorations.

We are nearing the end of our first month of townhouse ownership and nearly have the construction complete. Flooring is in and most of the finish work is complete. All we have left at this point is hanging a couple doors and installing the hot tub. Other than that, it is ready for the ladies to get in here and dress it up!

We've had a ton of fun putting this place together and can't wait to see what the ladies do with it. I know they've got some creative plans up their sleeves.

Well, we just wrapped up a big first week at the townhouse. It was tiring, but here is what we have accomplished so far:

• Bathroom Demo
• Bathroom Plumbing
• Re-locate washer and dryer plumbing & electrical
• Patch concrete in bathroom floor
• Frame bedroom wall, bedroom closet and new wall/soffit in bathroom
• Re-wire existing lights
• Install new electrical in bedroom and bathroom
• Passed electrical, framing and plumbing rough inspections
• Install drywall
• Build the grill
• Try almost every restaurant in the surrounding area

We've just got the finish work ahead of us and are hoping to have the construction wrapped in the next couple weeks. Here's a few action shots from the last few days:

Well, it is officially one week since we closed on our new townhouse in Granby Ranch and we are kicking off a pretty good sized construction project to get it ready to rent. It currently has 2 beds, 2 baths and a loft. By the time we are done, it will have 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a loft, a hot tub and will sleep up to 14! Most of the construction will occur in the basement as we'll be adding a bedroom, moving the washer and dryer and then converting the laundry room into a full bathroom. Should be fun! :)

We've closed on a beautiful townhouse in one of our favorite family vacation spots, Granby Ranch! It's located next to the ski hill and is just a short walk to the lift. We are planning on adding a third bedroom and bathroom, in addition to fully furnishing and decorating, so we have some work to do!!!
